Varietal Composition : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification :  Skin contact maceration, 12 months of  ageing in French oak barrels.

Wine tasting notes: Deep purple color. Intense complex bouquet emerging aromas of ripped red fruits, spices, tobacco and vanilla. Rich and smooth in mouth with balanced acidity and well structured soft tannins. Lingering and pleasant   finish.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 12 – 18 ο  C at a large tulip shaped glass. The wine enriches  after decanting.

Food pairing : It goes well  with grilled or roasted meat and game with red sauces. Excellent next to  a platter with a selection of strong spicy cheeses and ham smoked  cuts.

Storing suggestions : The wine can be appreciated young but its ageing potential is between 5 and 10 + years. Wine bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark cellar at 14 -16 ο C.

Wine tasting notes : Bright white color with yellow tints. An intense typical Sauvignon nose of tropical fruits with hints of wild flowers. Smooth in mouth with integrated acidity that balances and gives harmony to the wine. Fresh finish packed of fruits and flowers.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 8 – 10   C at a  tulip shaped glass for white wines.

Food pairing: It is appreciated with the starters such  as salad, risotto and seafood pasta. It can also compliment Asiatic cuisine, grilled fish, chicken and pork with white sauces. Enjoy it as well with cheeses and fruits at the end of a meal.

Varietal composition :  Merlot
Vinification : Skin contact maceration. The stopping of the alcoholic fermentation by cooling turns the wine into semi- sweet leaving with residual sugars.

Wine tasting notes : A fresh wine of red color with purple tints.  Intense flowery and fruity aroma bursting red fruits (blackberry, plum, cherry). The palate is smooth with excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. Lingering soft sweet finish. An ideal daily wine specially for teenagers and women.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 8 – 12 ο  C at a  tulip shaped glass for red wines. It can be appreciated cool during summer.

Food pairing: It accompanies well tomato stew dishes. It can be  excellent next to Mexican (spicy) or Chinese cuisine (sweet and sour). Perfect with all kind of grilled meat with barbeque sauces.

Wine tasting notes : Deep red color with purple tints. When you put it in your glass its complex bouquet continues to evaluate and emerges aromas of red fruits (plum, cherry) caramel, cedar , spices, cinnamon, tobacco and vanilla.  The palate is round and rich with balanced acidity and soft tannins. Lingering spicy and fruity finish. Α pleasant daily wine that you can enjoy  it even during summer.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 12 – 16 ο  C at a large tulip shaped glass. The wine could gain after decanting.
Food pairing:  An easy wine to combine with lots of dishes  due to its tannins. Ideal with traditional Greek cuisine such as stuffed tomatoes, meat balls, spetzophai, moussaka, eggplants imam. … It accompanies well “meatpie”, veal fillet cooked with spicy sauce, tomato veal stew and game. Excellent with grilled meat and BBQ. (such as sausages, steaks, liver or lamb chops).

Wine tasting notes : Vibrant rosé color. Intense pleasant nose emerging aromas of rose petals, caramel, strawberry and cherry. An intensely flavored palate with lovely pleasant acidity leading to a fruity, delicious  sweet finish.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 8 – 10 ο  C at a  tulip shaped glass for  aromatic white wines.

Food pairing: An elegant wine which is capable to accompany all kind of dishes.  It can be excellent next to pasta with fresh tomatoes, spaghetti with lobster, fried shrimps. It goes well with chicken and pork cooked with light red sauces. Perfect with Greek cuisine (oil-cooked dishes, pasticcio, moussaka, fried meat balls).Ideal with paella, pizza, Asiatic cuisine and a platter with a selection of cheeses and ham cold cuts. You can also enjoy it with fruit salads or nothing else reading your favourite book.

Wine type: Red Sweet
Wine category: Vin de Liquer
Vinification: Pre-fermentative cold-extract, with natural non-fermented sugars, clue to interruption of alcoholic fermentation by cooling and adding marc extract (grape marc).

Characteristics: A liquor wine with vivid red color and violet tint, with abundant flavors of red fruits (raspberry, plum, cherry, sour cherry) and anise. Round mouth, with balanced sugar acidity. Long, velvet, sweet sour aftertaste, having a special character due to production procedure.

Serving recommendations: Served at temperatures between 8-12C, in liquor/or distillate glass.

Tasty combinations: Matches perfectly with chocolate-based sweets, tarts and cheese cakes with red fruits, but also with soft and salty cheeses with intense characteristics, like blue cheese and Roquefort. It is also pleasantly drinkable as aperitif, with crushed ice and spearmint, served in a wine, tulip-shaped, glass.

Maturing recommendations: Enjoy it during its first few years. It is recommended that the bottles should be stored sideways, in light absence and temperature from 14 to 16 C.
